Top Flight Packaging is a South African packaging business with two sides: a brokerage that sources packaging from vetted manufacturers, and a coaching academy that teaches buyers how to source it themselves. Both are run by Cameron Manning, on more than a decade of hands-on industry experience.
Why we exist
Most packaging buyers don't get to grow up on the production floor. They make spec, supplier and material decisions without seeing what those decisions cost on the press, in QA, or at the loading bay. The result is reprints, write-offs and avoidable cost — usually traced back to a single early decision.
We exist to fix that, two ways. Either we source the job for you and run it end-to-end, or we coach your team so they can make better decisions themselves on every job that follows.
How we work
On the brokerage side we manage the deal from concept through to delivery — sourcing, quoting, PO, production tracking, logistics, invoicing. One accountable team. ZAR pricing, VAT line-itemed separately, standard ±10% order tolerance, paid on actual quantity delivered.
On the coaching side we run the Packaging Performance Academy — half-day executive sessions, full-day workshops, or ongoing retainers. Built for Marketing, Brand and Procurement teams.

Where the experience came from
Flexo printing across corrugated, flexible and labels. Packaging design and artwork sign-off. Materials and substrate selection — paper, board, films, laminates. Quality control across short runs and high-volume production.
Cameron has worked on the manufacturer side and on the buyer side, which means he knows where suppliers play games and where buyers leave money on the table. The brokerage and the academy both run on that perspective.
